John Skinner has been working in hair since 1989 — 37 years spent refining a craft that began in generalist work before finding its true home in colour. Formally trained through Toni & Guy Hairdressing, he has since worked with and educated for Toni & Guy, L'Oreal, and Aveda — as well as independently — building a career at the intersection of practice and teaching. His approach is collaborative: he works with what your hair allows, what you desire, and what his experience tells him will genuinely enhance your beauty.
